- Het is nog half Nederlands — "Cooling-off Period" is Engels maar de structuur is gemengd
- Voor je custom portrait shirts is de uitzondering belangrijk — die staan er al in gelukkig

Refund Policy
At Mi Loco Loco we strive for complete customer satisfaction. This policy explains under what conditions you can return a product or request a refund.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Dutch and European law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. The 14-day period begins on the day you or someone you designate physically receives the product. During this period you can return the product provided it is in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging and labels.
Conditions for Return & Refund
You are entitled to a refund if you cancel the purchase within the 14-day cooling-off period, or if the product is defective or does not match the description on the website.
Exceptions — No Right of Withdrawal
Returns or refunds are not possible for:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Products that have been worn, washed, used or damaged after receipt
- Digital products after download or access has started
- Services that have already been performed
Return Procedure
Contact us within 14 days of receipt at edwinshelp@live.nl with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you the correct return address. Send the product back in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, usually within 5 business days, we will process your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are at your expense. Customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable. If the product is damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount or refuse the return.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product, via the original payment method.
