Dog boarding kennels in Noord-Holland

The nine kennels sit in six places: three in Amsterdam, two in Nieuw-Vennep, and one each in Amstelveen, Haarlem, Boesingheliede and Abbenes.

All nine take dogs overnight, and eight of them also run day care. Six publish a nightly rate, between €24 and €45. Two set their rate by the dog’s shoulder height and publish only a starting price, so their cards show a from-price without a unit. One publishes no price at all.

Facilities are listed only where the kennel states them: four publish an outdoor play area and three publish daily walks. Where a kennel says nothing about a facility, the card reads not checked rather than no, because silence is not a refusal.

None of the nine publishes a size or weight restriction, which is not the case in every region in this comparison.

Prices and conditions are read from each kennel’s own website, and every card carries the date we checked it.
